Welcome...

We are a family run guesthouse, with 7 guest rooms, situated in Weymouth's top location on the beachfront.  If you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a romantic getaway, join us at Penn House, our picturesque Seaside escape. All of our rooms are supplied with complimentary towels & have a tea & coffee making facility.  Children over the age of 6 are welcome.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note we do not have a Lift, all rooms are accessed by staircase. 

 

A set breakfast is served from 8:00 am until 8:30 am. Enjoy a cooked full English breakfast as well as a selection of cereals, juice, fruit & yoghurt.

Check-in is between

2pm & 6pm

**we cannot accommodate any late arrivals**

Please note, we DO NOT host Hen or Stag parties, large group bookings are not allowed.  we do not have cot's or highchairs & unfortunately are unable to accommodate pets.
